First of all we loved the view to the North-Sea. Exceptional. The interieur of the hotel was very peculiar, we felt ourselves on the board of a boat. Breakfast was super, in term of variety and quality. The bed was very comfortable.

Hotel La Rosa Amsterdam Beach, hotel in Zandvoort

The newly renovated small-scale Boutique Hotel La Rosa is located in the center of Zandvoort in the Noord-Holland Region, 1312 feet from Circus Zandvoort and the beach.

Hotel La Rosa was exactly what we were hoping for when we booked. A super clean, comfortable room and bed with access to a kitchen, short walking distance from the train and to a variety of restaurants and the beach, since we had no car. Lucy was very helpful during our four day visit, greeting us, explaining the kitchen, and helping us navigate the town, Communication with Hotel La Rosa was easy through messaging, getting quick responses. It was easy to arrange an early arrival.

Room 19 was impeccably clean! When I arrived the electronic entry system was so simple to use. The room was very well appointed with everything a guest would need. Bathroom shower pressure was awesome and I loved the rain head shower overhead. Beds were very comfy and the linens were crisp and neatly tucked. Towels in the bath were of good quality and extremely clean. All around a very nice stay. I would highly recommend your property to anyone looking for a great beach location. The hotel is well located within walking distance of the sea and the center. The staff was generally helpful. The first person I contacted was very helpful compared to the second one. The walls are a little thin if you are a light sleeper.

We chose this location for its proximity to transport, entertainment and restaurants. It was just a short 20 minute train ride from Amsterdam central, and basically delivered us to within about 100 metres from the front door. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially when we encountered a small personal problem. He helped us immensely. There were 2 flights of stairs to navigate, but having lived in Amsterdam as a kid, I was well aware of how to navigate them… at my age (79) having walking difficulties, The studio was spacious enough for 2 and had all the necessities for our 6 day stay prior to a 2 week cruise. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

We stayed 2 nights (48h parking).

We stayed 2 nights (48h parking). Zandvoort is beautiful but pretty expensive. E.g. 0.5L Heineken beer = 7,40€ in the nicer places right at the beach. of course you pay some more for the location but imho 5€/0.5L would've been enough. Same with food, the further away from the beach, the more affordable it gets. Definitely go get some fries in the town, both places make great fries!

A great little seaside place full of energy and good vibes. The beach was lovely and clean. Ideal also as a base for visiting Haarlem (easily accessible via train). The dunes with their hiking and bicycle paths looked inviting but we didn't have enough time to visit them.

Zandvoort is my favourite place. I always feel like I’m at home when I visit. There are lots of places to go walking (particularly in the dunes) or cycling. A good variety of shops, great public transport. And Frites D’Anvers sells the best fries!!!!!

I stayed in the small single-occupancy room upstairs and it had everything one might need for a short stay: coffee/tea, private bath, small desk, wireless internet. The welcome was warm and friendly, special requests quickly accommodated. The location cannot be better: the beach is right down the street with several beach cafes that are so typical for Holland, and the downtown "food mile" is only a 10-minute walk.

This is a great place to stay in Zandvoort. We were there for Luminosity Festival and was only a short walk into town to get the bus, and not too far of a walk back from the beach (45 mins or so). The space was perfect, great facilities for what we needed and most importantly, the hospitality from our hosts Kitty and Cas was really lovely. Would absolutely recommend !

I recently stayed at the South Beach House in Zandvoort and had a mixed experience. The location is undeniably fantastic, as it's just a stone's throw away from the beach and a variety of restaurants. The convenience of being able to easily access both the shoreline and dining options was a definite highlight. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable

Excellent location for a "home base" to explore Zandvoort, great hosts. While it's true that I needed to go up several stairs to get to my room, I got the hang of it rather quickly and it wasn't a big deal for me as I left in the morning only to return in the evening anyway. 🙂
